Participants will receive access to a 12-week video-only course teaching the Advanced Total Body Freedom curriculum. Each week, students will get 3 videos: 1 of which explain topics and 2 of which they will be practicing positions and concepts. The 2 experiential videos become more and more in-depth and build on previous concepts taught in the Fundamentals Course. The Fundamentals Course is a prerequisite to taking the Advanced Course.
